1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://projectmora.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Website Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Graviton Industries LC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

7. Moon Museum Contribution Terms

  1. Most all forms of digital contributions are allowed with the following exceptions:
    1. contributions that exceed 500 megabytes in size;
    2. files in which individuals do not possess the rights to distribute;
    3. depictions of nudity unless they appear in a form of art;
    4. depictions of violence unless they pertain to issues of public interest; or
    5. files that discriminate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, gender, age, or disability;
  2. While Project Mora intends to be as inclusive as possible, Graviton Industries LC reserves the right to reject any contribution. In doing so, a refund will be issued.
  3. All profits from contributions made between July 12 and July 13 of 2018 will be donated to the Suicide Awareness Voices of Education charity. This donation will occur upon Project Mora reaching 1,000 total contributions.
  4. Contributions are non-refundable unless they are prohibited from being submitted or in the case that the museum does not reach at least 1,000 contributions.
  5. While a file can be fabricated by individuals of any age, individuals must be at least 13 years old to use the contribution system.
  6. Online payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Please visit their site at stripe.com to view their terms and privacy policy.

8. Modifications

Graviton Industries LC may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

It is Graviton Industries' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website and service. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

1. Information We Collect

  1. For general website browsing:
    1. traffic data;
    2. IP address location data;
    3. weblog statistics; and
    4. other general communication data;
  2. For Moon museum contributions:
    1. your contribution files;
    2. your name;
    3. your email;
    4. your expressed location; and
    5. a custom message from yourself;
  3. We do not collect debit/credit card information. While the form is on our site, payments are processed through Stripe Inc.

2. Cookies

When visiting our site, we collect statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical is referred to as “cookies” and is non-identifying and used for internal analysis of traffic only.

All visitors have the capability and option of declining cookies. This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline cookies. However, doing so may limit functionality on certain areas of our site.

3. Use of Your Information

  1. to internally monitor site traffic and success;
  2. to notify you about any changes to our terms and policies; and
  3. for the assembly of a lunar Moon museum;

4. Storing Your Data on Earth

We take great measures to ensure that personally identifying data provided to us is stored securely. The traffic of all data transmitted by means of this site is encrypted over Secure Socket Layer technology and is stored on servers with a high caliber of security and privacy. Upon successful lunar landing of the Moon museum, a copy of all contribution data will be stored indefinitely in offline archival storage by Graviton Industries LC.

Unless required by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any personal information you provide to us without your consent.

5. Storing Your Data on the Moon

Because Graviton Industries LC cannot ensure that it will be the entity to administrate the lunar Moon museum, Graviton Industries LC will revoke its control, ownership, and responsibility of Moon museum data upon a successful lunar landing.

Distribution and use of Moon museum data within will become the responsibility of the entity that first accesses the museum. By contributing to the Moon museum, you are granting this entity a universe-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, analyze, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute your contributed data in any and all media or distribution methods.

In the event that the retrieving entity is extra-terrestrial in nature, ownership and use of Moon museum data will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of their respective aerospace authority.

6. Third-Party Links

Graviton Industries often times provides links to third-party websites on our site. These websites should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
